Yes I do, it would take that long for the FOS to receive your complaint so give them the extra time in case they want to pay up. After that if you need to go to the FOS because they havent got back to you or have given a silly offer, call the FOS first about your complaint and they will give you a reference number on the phone which will be on the form they send you. This number means your complaint doesnt sit in the mail room for two weeks waiting to be processed and given a number.

I sent them a letter stating that as I had not recd a satisfactory response from them I will be taking them to the FOS. I gave them 14 days from my letter and guess what................that cut their response down to a week, recd final response with cheque and interest. yay,

Doesnt hurt does it, to send them a little nudge !!!!
