    Hello busbyh, I googled it and got:

    Chronological order = a record of events starting with the earliest and following the order in which they occurred.


    The FSCS told you date of receipt didnt they busbyh?

    Anyone ringing the FSCS/Deloitte please let me know! They must be fed up with me now.

    We must be of the same mind set. you googleing me checking dictionary;)

    They told me chronoligical order and I asked if this meant date of receipt of claim form. She confirmed it was and has to be date claim received.

    Looks like whatever way it is, as you have a low number and you sent in your form in August you have to be in the first batch.:beer:I'm sure deloitte and fscs are fed up with the lot of us. This should be enough incentive to get the claims sorted sooner rather than later;) they will not get any oeace until they do:D
