I received a default letter from Picture yesterday. I am a little worried as I rang them a couple of weeks ago when Target turned up on my doorstep and made an arrangement with them which they agreed to accept. Can anyone tell me if the letter is "Normal proceedure" even when you have made an accepted arrangement with them.0

Hi beaniebabe,
Hope your well.;)
Not too sure on this to be honest, hopefully one of the others who have had dealings with them may be able to advise you in this case.
I would try not to worry though, it is possibly Normal procedure and with a bit of luck someone will be able to clarify this for you hun.
Good luck. XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thanks Marshallka
I thought this originally but the date of the letter is after I spoke with them:rolleyes: Why do they always send these horrid letters during a bank holiday weekend when they know you will worry and can do nothing about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

Hi Beaniebabe I think we received these even though an arrangment had been made I seem to think it is like Di says normal procedure. I wouldnt worry too much hun just ring them on Tuesday to clarify this.
Thanks for that information. :AI just hope its normal procedure. It really annoys me to think they have made an arrangement with me and yet they post a letter out at the weekend when you can't do a damn thing about it
If they had paid the PPI cover out like they should have done then we wouldn't have been in this mess!!!
Guess I am just having one of those days! ,( like most of us have on here from time to time ).
I will give them a call on Tuesday. I will also ring deloittes and let them know again!!!! of my situation just to see if it will help speed things up
Will keep you informed. X0
