Hi all did anyone send there form back in July or re we all august?
Like everyone I agree this is great all us Picturites in one place. thanks Di:j:jI would also think chronological order will be date order
The FSCS received my form from the FOS in July 2008. That is great news about claims being dealt with in chronological order. :T
I contacted Picture today about the default notice they sent me despite me making a repayment arrangement with them, They said it was procedure, so you were right dialysis!!;)
They told me to stick to the arrangement but the strange thing is that they would not re set my direct debit and asked if I could pay them by debit card !!! I agreed and they told me that they would be able to set the direct debit up after November. Just thought this was a bit odd !! It also made me wonder if they are aware that my loan would be restructured in November. Just a thought

Yours will be priority anyway I would think Dialysis. It works like that with FOS regardless of what date the complaints went to them.;)

I think that is how it works Marshallka the priority ones first just wish we knew when these would be sorted then we could all settle down and wait:confused:

If the loan is to be restructured it will be to do with the PPI if thats how they would work it.
