Hi amersall I got in touch with deloitte last week and was told we were priority but they were waiting for info from insurers. God knows how long that will take. The one thing we can take rejoice in is that they are dealing with priority ones first. It is so annoying:mad: i also emailed FSCS again I got the usual our investigations are ongoing. It doesnt help us our situation, though does it beaniebabe I just wish they would hurry up before its too late. It does get you down though all this waiting:mad: I hope we are right about it being procedure I am sure that one hand doesnt know what the other is doing they dont realise they are messing with peoples lives. Good luck hun and I hope you get an answer about how long this is going to take. Hopefully we will hear this week as it is 2 months since they went into default.beaniebabe wrote: »Hi Dialysis
Thanks for that information. :AI just hope its normal procedure. It really annoys me to think they have made an arrangement with me and yet they post a letter out at the weekend when you can't do a damn thing about it
If they had paid the PPI cover out like they should have done then we wouldn't have been in this mess!!!
Guess I am just having one of those days! ,( like most of us have on here from time to time ).
I will give them a call on Tuesday. I will also ring deloittes and let them know again!!!! of my situation just to see if it will help speed things up
Will keep you informed. X0 -
At last things appear to be moving! I got a letter from Deloitte and a phone call to say that they are sorry things are taking time but they are looking at each claim in chronological order. My claim went to the Fscs in August 2008 and my claim is 153. Lets hope things move a little quicker now picture is in default.:T0

When Twopart finally go into default I must be the first one then??:D
I know there are quite a few of them who have claims with them now as well, although not sure if as big as Picture claims.
Good luck to everyone.:AXXXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
