So do claims that are unsuccessful still go to the FSCS? To check they are unsuccessful? Or is Mr Nice man right and Deloitte let you know the bad news?
I was told by the FSCS on Monday that I would have heard something by now if my claim was going to be unsuccessful. I got the impression that it would be delloites that would have wrote to me as they would not have had anything for the FSCS to check.

That was more or less worded the same as ours di.and he did say if they requested this info it is a strong case. I don't think he was in a position to reveal anything else:beer:

    Cool looking good then......:T:T:beer:.

I'm not expecting a lot back though, but the remainder of the rebate from the first loan brokered by Twopart, cos the FOS resolved the 2nd loan (nemo) through themselves, but after we remortgaged to pay it off.
    But will be happy nevertheless.;)
So not sure about the interest issue though.

Apparently mine have been with Deloittes since early July, so maybe even earlier, and yet Twopart did not actually go into default until 9th September, it was then in July when they were already looking to what i kinow of, because they did accidentally post us our already signed consent and declaration form, which they did apologise for and we had to return.

I think they have separate dept within Deloittes and maybe loads of staff to deal with stacks of cases.

So how did they work out which claims went to deloitte and which stayed with the FSCS. I find it strange that some priority cases went to deloitte and as far as I am aware mammamias was a priority which possibly stayed with the fscs. If this stayed with the fscs it was dealt with a lot quicker than deloittes who also have priority cases. Totally flabbergasted to why some stay with fscs others go to deloitte. I know you probably cant answer this busbyh but i thought it was worth mentioning:D

I don't know dialysis I just know that the letter we received from deloittes said selected claims had been passed over to them.

Some were sent to deloitte to ease the workload for the FSCS.. If the FSCS had to deal with all the claims, we would probably be waiting another 12 months for them all to be sorted, this is the reason some were outsourced, as FSCS could not cope with the volume.

Apparantly delloites in a massive company. So they will have loads of departments and different issues to deal with regarding different companys and cases.

I cannot understand how the interest on the remortgage would matter as it would be the Nemo loan that would matter as that was the next "Loan" you had. Nemo was then settled with FOS so why they would ask for that is confusing. Can't wait to see why they would ask this??
