Going by this part of the email from FSCS below, it does sound that he had to check if our case was with Deloittes or not, what do you think?
Then they do state "on our behalf"
Not unless they are just sharing the workload between them, as now since they have had PPI to deal with, they are over run, as they did not deal with these matters before I don't think, not PPI anyway to what I know of.

I have checked the claim details and confirm that Deloittes as still actively working on our behalf, to process you claim. The final decision is authorised and issued by the FSCS once the work has been completed.

I cannot understand how the interest on the remortgage would matter as it would be the Nemo loan that would matter as that was the next "Loan" you had. Nemo was then settled with FOS so why they would ask for that is confusing. Can't wait to see why they would ask this??

I'm curious as well, because Deloittes and the FSCS do know that the loan advance ppi was resolved.
Will be nice to know though.

I wonder if its for some other reason perhaps? It certainly would not affect the twopart complaint as the next one was Nemo:confused:. There has to be some other logic in it but what i cannot see:confused:. I can see with them asking busbyh as they remortgaged their picture loan straight onto the mortgage but your next was another loan that you won for misselling. Have you asked them why DI?

Yes I have asked them but they have not come back to me about this, emailed and asked 2 days ago, did not get round to contacting them by phone, may ring them on Monday if no email by then, just to see if they will tell me anything.

So do claims that are unsuccessful still go to the FSCS? To check they are unsuccessful? Or is Mr Nice man right and Deloitte let you know the bad news?
    ,

Don't know, got me on that pinknico, but it does say on di's email fscs advise of the final decision:confused:

So Di you had a loan and then paid this off with another loan? The second loan was mis sold and won? But the first loan PPI was on the second loan and this was not refunded?

    Cool looking good then......:T:T:beer:.

I'm not expecting a lot back though, but the remainder of the rebate from the first loan brokered by Twopart, cos the FOS resolved the 2nd loan (nemo) through themselves, but after we remortgaged to pay it off.
    But will be happy nevertheless.;)
So not sure about the interest issue though.

Hopefully it may be a little more than you think:beer:

Maybe its just a procedure thing that they ask for these details, not sure, but even though my 2nd loan ppi was not resolved before we remortgaged, so we still have to include the loan to settle this, but was still paid out afterwards on the ppi, I asked them due to curiosity of why they require the details on the 2nd one, when its the first one through the broker we are pursusing and the 2nd one already resolved.

I am well curious on this.
