Just spoke to Delloite's and confirmed that my case has gone back to the FSCS today.

I would imagine that this is a batch and that a few on here should expect to hear back from the FSCS middle of next week.

Still don't know what the outcome of the assessment is so I guess it's back to waiting

I think we should hear something by the end of next week. My file went to FSCS last Friday and they said I should hear something within 2 weeks. It seems it must take the FSCS just over a week to deal with.

MY wife spoke to deloittes today they said they have received all paperwork required from pcture and that the calcs etc should be done by tuesday and then its off to fscs. To sit in an intray for a couple of month no doubt!

Does it not say on fscs site that some payments have already been made?

I cannot believe the news someone had today of "no-one" receiving anything yet???? Has mammamia been back on lately?? She received hers?? So does anyone know if they do pay back the whole policy for definate? Was mammamia's case a different one or just one for misselling PPI?

Lets just hope its only a couple of weeks:eek: It is getting a nightmare now all this waiting! We are so near yet so far away. All they need to do is sign the cheque and put a stamp on the envelope!!!
