    just had a call with Delliottes (I think I may be falling in love with whoever answered the phone! :) and found out something interesting: she told me that as far as she knew no-one had been sent compensation in regards to the picture case... make of that what you will!

    I did. And she sounded surprised. Then mentioned that she didn't think that was the case. Then she also said that she had the files in front of her and that she didn't know of anyone getting paid.

    On another consumer site someone was told the only payouts so far had been test cases so who knows??
