Do you think maybe it was because they had the complete statement to hand that has maybe saved time in them requesting information from Picture/Target, as that did give a detailed account of repayments and amount of interest that was paid each month.

The post here doesnt seem too bad my son got a letter today posted on the 25th and it arrived today.it was second class from London.
