It's been a long haul hasn't it Di. I first complained to Picture in Feb 2007 so it has been a long wait.

I am hoping that as you are a priority that you will definitely hear something next week. Am keeping everything crossed for you!!

I meant to say too that I have heard nothing from Deloitte/FSCS except 1 letter to they are dealing with my case but I know it's nearing completion from when I rang them last week.

Beaniebabe I am so sorry that you are getting to that stage I know the feeling well hun and its not a very nice situation to be in at all I really feel for you hun, so worrying. It should never be allowed when we are in this predicament through no fault of our own. I am sure it will not come to that though hun we will hear by then. I have already said though that if I havent heard by Wednesday I will be on the phne again and I dont think this time I can be so polite, bang goes the mister nice guy, or girl in my case.:mad::mad:

Youre longer than me chickpee we complained to them in December 2007 and to the FOS in Jan 2008. Its been too long hun. Thanks Chickpee I hope you hear very soon too. Thinking of you:beer:
