I also rang the nice man and had to leave a message for him to return my call.As I was away for the weekend I asked him to leave any news on my answerphone which he has done before. I must admit I was suprised as he never returned my call which he usually does asap. Maybe this could be good news!! Hope so.X
hes maybe been to sunny skeggy also :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • If any claims have been upheld by the FOS then surely the FSCS will agree with their decision otherwise the whole complaints system is unfair in my opinion.

On the form I sent to the FSCS, rather than give all the info yet again I just referred them to the decision made by the FOS and attached relevant correspondence. I suppose it will be an interesting scenario if they disagree with the FOS's decision albeit a painful one for me!

Let's hope we all hear something next week.
  • I hope so dialysis as I don't think we can make our full repayment to picture this month as OH is now on basic ssp which is making things even more difficult. Any good news would make our life so much easier at the moment. We have had a very difficult few weeks and are ready for some good news. I will give them another call tomorrow.X
