Hi Everone,

Just thought that i would let you know,that in May we won our case against first plus and it was exactley the same circumstances that the FOS upheld our claim, E.G single premium policy 5 years etc,etc.

Now i know that picture PPI was sold the same as First Plus!

If they go on the same rules as each other then everyone should win there cases.

We were stupid to Remortage twice and borrowed of Picture to pay FP:mad::mad:.

I called FSCS and because we are the high 400, our case has not even been looked at yet.
Keep up the good work everone keeping everone informed

Forgot to say,my Husband was under the threat of reduntancy,so i called Picture up to see how to claim! now they informed me that only the first name was covered which is me! Now when we applied for the loan they said we were both covered!!! Rob dogs that's all i can say!!

Thanks for that Lian we took our loan to pay off FP also. How stupid I wish i had never seen that Picture advert on TV that man with the football was so annoying lol. The FOS have upheld our claim with Picture but unfortuantly I dont think the FSCS work the same so we have had to go through the process to see if we have a claim. How stupid is that. I hope you hear about yours very soon.:T:T
