I called FSCS and because we are the high 400, our case has not even been looked at yet.

We must do then . As I remember FSCS did say thet liase with FOS regarding comp, so hopefully we will be all ok.

When did FSCS receive your claim as they are working on them chronilogically not number order apparentley

don't worry that fscs or deloittes have not been in touch with you. They haven't been in touch with me either but I have been assured that they have all relevant information. One thing I am good at is providing loads of infoo when it comes to this sort of thing. I think that may be why they havent contacted me. Also they will have your info cos you have been close to reposession and they could have contacted your solicitor. Hope it won't be too long now. Anyone any idea how long it takes once delooittes have all the info???

I rung deloitte last tuesday and the very nice man told me they had everything they need and it would probably take the FSCS a week r two to complete. I rung the FSCS on wednesday, coulnt wait, and after initially telling me it would be the end of the year:mad::mad:I explained I was priority due to repo and he said that it takes about a week to come through from deloitte and the FSCS would do it straight away. I am really really hoping that is right cos that makes it this week.:beer:

Thanks Busbyh thats what I keep thinking we are relying on this to save our house otherwise i am on the move again, anothr 5 years off our lives

I also rang the nice man and had to leave a message for him to return my call.As I was away for the weekend I asked him to leave any news on my answerphone which he has done before. I must admit I was suprised as he never returned my call which he usually does asap. Maybe this could be good news!! Hope so.X
