    Yes it is she should be on later cos she is ringing deloitte today so she might have some good news.:j:jI think the dispute is still on in places I think Coventry sorting office is shut today.

    Even when disputes are over they still have a backlog of mail and can take some weeks to get back on top.

    10 days ago my case worker had all information and was working on my claim, should be with the FSCS by now.
    I wonder if Vanessa at Deloitte will know?
