    I think Vanessa is just giving general info.

    Why not try the FSCS, surely it must be with them now as. It is deloitte who pass on the recommendation to them to as to wether the claim is successful or not.

    Is vanessa the american woman? I know what you mean about the grumpyman I always get him I think hes the only one at the FSCS:rotfl::rotfl:maybe thats why it has taken so long. Its awful though Pinknico whnen you darnt ring up cos your frightened of what yopu might hear.
