Thats a great site. I was particularly drawn to the blog, and the "about" - fascinating.

The blog is what they send you by email each day (where I got the thing about fear from yesterday). It's a really interesting concept.

Sigh... so tired. Had a dodgy stomach all weekend and been feeling shattered.. this morning I woke up feeling incredibly sad and upset, I've no idea why.

Despite that did have a nice weekend, did a bit of gardening and got a few new plants into the flowerbed. Popped into local City Farm to see if they had any plants for sale.. they had a few but everything looked quite scruffy, and in the veg growing bit things were really overgrown - beetroot that were so big they'd be really tough if anyone ever eats them. Seems strange that they do the growing but don't use them, there were a few bits of veg for sale but very little compared to what they're actually growing.

Seeming like a quiet day at work again, think it's going to feel like a long one.

Thanks Karma. Could be - I did eat quite a bit of dairy stuff towards the end of the week, but the effects of that don't usually drag on for a few days. Don't know why/ what's made me feel sad though.. I'm sure it'll shift at some point.

Sorry I had to disappear for a bit .... if your stomach's upset, that can make you feel *really* down - from experience :( and a combination of things - bug, stomach, allergy etc, can make you feel bad.

Or there might be something going on that you need to deal with? Not my first thought, tho - and anyway, like Beanie says, take it easy :kisses3:

Hope you feel better soon- i must admit to a similar prob when i get dairy overload. I find that the probiotics help a lot- as well as cutting back on a few things...oops:D:rotfl:

    Thanks peoples :)

I do feel a bit better this afternoon, going to try avoiding dairy as much as poss this week, and get some probiotics (thanks Bob, hadn't thought about them). Went for a walk at lunchtime and got some sunshine, and booked myself a massage (one of those cheapie deals). Also bought something very silly for Mr S :)

Boots have the 3 for 2 deal on at the moment- which works out better than the cheapest healthfood shop for the equivalent. Plus reward points as well:D
