Snow Leopard is working fine for me, with one slight irritation - and believe me it's being very picky - but my all time most useful application, which is X-Marks for Safari, doesn't work. I rely it to synch bookmarks between Safari on my MacBook and Firefox on my Samsung netbook.

Everything else working absolutely fine - definitely feels faster than Leopard, I like the new 'Expose from the Dock' feature, and love QT10. All in all, very happy.

well could be worse you could have 90% of your old software stop working cause you upgraded to Vista lol. I should know I have Vista.

Do you know, it's amazing how many people appreciate that trivial little change! It's so important!

  • I could not for the life of me install my o2 dongle (kept crashing before the installation even started) so had to go into the package and find the installer for just the dongle.

Then had to manually setup the dial up connection in network preferences :|

  • Been mulling over whether to get it over my Leopard install, I think I might pick it up tomorrow and give it a spin.

Amazon have it for around £23 but says 4-7 weeks delivery. So will pop to a retailer and pick it up for £25.

I drove 20 miles to an Apple Retail Store out of interest.

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.
