I went into Harvey's at Winterhill yesterday, and the Rosebys, concession in there is having a 6 day event, I bought a pair of 90" x 90" cream Jacquard curtains for £20. Also a clock for £2.99 and they also had lots of other items reduced!
Cheers

ooh, does anyone know if there is a kids shoe sale at john lewis?
-one bargain I got today was at the westcroft boots- a jamie oliver cookery kids baking kit reduced from £15 to £5- a good one for my present box!0 -
Hi all
I am trying to buy rabbit meat. To make rabbit stoo (delicious).
My local butcher doesn't have a game licence so cannot sell it - does anyone know ANYWHERE in MK I could get some?
I work near the Open University and live near Stoney Stratford so anywhere in Mk is good (as long as I don't have to pay to park :rotfl: )
Apologies to those who are squeamish about eating bunnies.just in case you need to know:

By the way the bed/curtains/bedding shop at Kingston (same bit as Tesco/Boots/M&P/M&S/Next) is having an "everything must go sale". I haven't had time to look yet.

I'll see if my dad can suggest anywhere for rabbit... I would've suggested Carter & Lucas in Wolverton but they sadly closed last year

Hi Cute-smurf
It's the Monsters of Rock on at the bowl today, with Alice Cooper, Deep Purple, Thunder and others. They've got a great day for it - bet there'll be a few cases of sunburn later.
Next week you'll be able to listen to Bon Jovi
