There used to be an oriental supermarket in the Food Centre - haven't been there myself recently so I'm not sure if it's still there. It was next to the off licence - Oddbins? - which is along the side between Fatty Arbuckles and Sainsburys. Hope that makes sense.0

Mmm, I think that one's changed into a pet foodstore now James.
Now, do you think I could get away with feeding the inlaws birdfood?? :rotfl:0 -

ooh sorry $17mma only just seen the ooh about the armchair- I can take some pics if you are interested- whats the best way to get them to you? on here or e mail? Its quite low, very deep, should only need surface reupholstery or maybe even a good clean as it was done about 5 years ago, carved dark wood round the base and metal castors.0

Central's also good if you want to get larger packs of herbs and spices cheap. As you walk in go straight to the farthest aisle. There are a few straight ahead and lots on the rack opposite the noodlesCould you do with a Money Makeover?

If anyone is interested, there is an auction that takes place on wednesday nights at Windmill Hill golf club on tattenhoe lane.
You can view items from 4pm onwards and the auction actually starts at 7pm, I went along 2 weeks ago for a gander, they had a lot of items, most of them have no reserves, everything from bikes to dollshouses to tools to books, PS2s. I didn't have time to stay for the actual auction but I think I will next week, I will report back at the kind of prices they end at.
