My opaques have arrived and they are fab the Teal are more like an airforce blue they are still a lovely colour.
Disaster has struck today so please no laughing , I used to go to the gym twice a week and an exercise class, advised by the GP to knock the gym on the head as I have a problem with my elbow, also my exercise class lady has packed up her class and moved. I therefore decided I would try running today while out I missed my footing and tumbled off the kerb  , the result is a really swollen ankle and a dear old pensioner with a zimmerframe on wheels trying to help me up :rotfl:I felt so stupid and embarrased
.
I have a funeral to attend on Friday in Staffordshire and the only item of footwear that I can get on and feel comfortable in are my biker boots they are black and my uggs.
Off to elevate my poor ankle and hope that the swelling goes down.0 -

Hello ladies
I went shopping this week with my paypal money and bought the following all in the sale half price or less in some cases.
Wallis jeggings blue £10.00
Wallis jeggings black £10.00
Wallis leggings teal £5.00
Walis tunic dress £25.00
Wallis tunic dress £20.00
Wallis Tunic £10.00
I withdrew £100.00 from Ebay sales, so really pleased.
I also bought the following as I am going to tackle our bedroom soon
10 plastic shoe boxes for hubby
20 plastic shoe boxes for me
5 plastic boot boxes long for me
2 plastic boot boxes short me
8 plastic handbag storage boxes for me
Plastic 4 drawer wheeled trolley for my make up/ hairdryer and spare toiletries
I am presently sorting the drawers and ditching odd socks, old undies etc.
Have a good day all.

ohh deb !! i wish i could go shopping too.... in fact i did last night... but for my little DD.. she is so tall that everything was getting too small for her.... i went to River ISland then DP, Next, new look.. the funny thing was that i went into all this shops, pick so many things ( on the sale of course) but then i stopped myself, put everything back and walked away... i really liked them, but havent made a list yet of what i really need... so proud of myself
Anyway... you enjoy your new wardrobeMejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
Hi all,
I've decided to join and try not to buy clothes, make-up or toilettries- I will use up what I already have in. I think this will be difficult because I'm always seeing clothes I like even if its just in the supermarket!
Is there anything people have found useful to stop themselves buying accessories or clothes as I know that I can easily be tempted?!
Lottie x0 -
Hi Lottie
I know it sounds blindingly obvious, but I don't go shopping, that takes away the temptation to spend!! It sounds daft, but rather than go for a look round the shops on a sat, I catch up on my housework and then have some free time in the afternoon.
I also try to just go to the food/household section and avoid all those fab special offers that I really don't need!
When I do go shopping now (I used to go every week, go about every 6 or so weeks now) I do enjoy myself more.

Fab bargains deb!0 -
Debie, fab finds in wallis, and all from your paypal money, what a shrewd lot we are!!!!
I have had loads going on latley, been having new windows and drive:eek: house has been absoloutly up the wall. throw in the fact the kids were off on half term and my little dog's about to have pups, you can see why shopping for clothes has been furthest from my mind:T
Just before the kids broke up i too purchased a pair off jeggings from asda (with funds from paypal:D) and i adore them, i wear them about 3 days a week with long tunics, cardys and scarves and my uggs. All snuggly for winter, i'm really loving the seasonal chage of clothes:T
Well done to those who have bravely joined in, i'm not finding it so hard these days to resist, suppose it's getting easier as the months go by.
Love Sharron xxxxxxSometimes your the dog, and sometimes your the lampost..:p0
