ive tried pesto before and dint like it ..but that was the greeny coloured one the tomatoe might be different ... hmmmm ... bol ... maybe lasagna hmmmm thanks given me some ideas ... really bugs me when you have loads in but your mind breaks down from it all :rotfl: x
definitely try other pesto, there's lots of diff ones but sacla sun dried tom is my fave (and is often cheapest) it's easy to make yourself with a blender if you have one (not that I've ever bothered) you just chuck it all in and whizz up
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

Best bet I would say is moroccan lamb - you can cook it in a tagine or just a casserole dish :)

25 socks in a week  I've just worked out that we've only bought 25 pairs of socks for Alice so far. I never put her in socks till she had shoes which was only a year ago as she had sandals when she first started walking. She had 6 in the first size, 11 in the next size and has just gone up into the ones I bought in the sales for next summer which is another 8. (I am one of those people who just doesn't spend a lot of money on clothes though - if I spend £5 on a dress for Alice I think I'm splashing out.)

We were meant to go into town today and then meet OH for a picnic lunch but there was a sudden torrential shower so came home soaking wet and OH is going into town in his lunch break.
I never nap, I worry that if i nap durung the day I wont sleep at night so I dont bother.
I find it very disorienting to wake up from a nap instead of in the morning. The only times I've napped were when I had anaemia, when I was pregnant and the first couple of months after Alice was born and I was still sleeping more than ten hours a night too.

I am as we speak working from home while OH entertains the baby. I've done this a fair bit recently, but at any point where I have to be 'home alone' with him, as opposed to providing occasional support to OH, I get pretty much nothing done. Which is the way it should be really :) babies need attention, it's one of the things that makes them babies!
My husband can't understand how I manage to get anything done while I'm looking after Alice.
I think it is something about becoming a mum yourself that makes you appreciate/need your own mum more.
    Not me.
