Thanks Lu T. Tom looks like he's on the 2nd centile I think, gonna have to take him to be weighed monday to see how we're getting on. When he does finally sleep through I think you'll all be able to hear me screaming from my rooftop about it...

The book thing is something we wanted to start early to start a routine we can carry on with (we don't read him war + peace or anything, it's mr nonsense at the moment!)

I am giving 2 bottles a day as I'm trying to slow my milk down a bit. Pumped some off the other day and when it was in the fridge a third of it turned to creme, it's a bit rich! :o
wow thats some high quality milk! what are you eating to make it? I get just a teeny layer on mine - Ed's still a big chunk tho :p

I went to matalan and got more decorations for DS1 party and a jumper/top for me :D What should I wear it with?? This one, but the belt is all brown. I really have no fashion sence at all, it's jeans and low cut tops for me usually! :rotfl:

And my electric pump arrived, the snow bear one. Not only did it have traces of someone elses milk in it, but it's really really crap and so uncomfortable!! :( I wan't to express more than 1oz!
nice top! I'd go for skinny jeans tucked into knee high boots if you've got them :D

yucky yuck yuck on the dirty pump!

Nothing out of the ordinary, just what I've always been told for BF. Potatoes, bread, pasta and I eat a pudding after dinner which I wouldn't normally. Good excuse to make flapjacks.

Jivic....Rose is now 16 weeks and has just started sleeping through. I too BF till about 8 weeks then transfered to FF. When i changed to formula she still didnt increase the times inbetween feeds. I too thought she was trying to catch up, so to speak.

Only yesterday I increased her bottles from 6oz to 7. She has went from taking 8 bottles a day to only 4 within a few weeks. I know it was discussed on here a few weeks ago and someone ( think it was Bruno ) said a baby needed to be 15lb? I think to maintain being able to sleep through?

Rose is 12lb 13 oz now. I really hope it gets a bit better soon. I think you can cope with most things when you get a good nights sleep x

Oh, and I agree with jeans with that top, but I couldn't wear skinny (I wish). All mine are boyfriend cut as I like no stretch and a straight leg.

Thanks Angela, I'm not pinning my hopes on it but the 15lb thing at leastgives us something to aim for. Although I'm not particularly worried about him not sleeping right through just for more than 3 hours at a time would be a nice start.

She went from 4 hourly to about 9 all in one go. She just seemed to settle with her feeding all at once. Keeping my fingers crossed for you x
