She needs to realise that this isn't about her. The whole point of this is to avoid any fuss, I really don't want a pregnant bridesmaid!

I have a bit of an odd question ladies... could you cycle with a baby in a carrier?

This was discussed on one of my slingy forums recently the general consensus was that you probably shouldn't as if you fell of the baby would have no protection and might get landed on by you as you fell. Not sure what else to suggest though!

    awww you're all lovely :)

I just feel very angry with myself, but it's how we learn I guess (me, I mean!) and I'm so glad it doesn't seem to be serious.

I'm going to get a health visitor check though they warned me!

Sami, you're right, my brother is on the case about the bottom, he's looking up movicol infant suspension and whether he feels there are long term probs associated :)

Tara- ooooooh a wedding-exciting :) I'm very glad you are having it the way you want. It's yours and DH's day :T:T:T:beer::beer:

searching on your facebook, I always think- 'oh she's very attractive!' so I'm sorry you feel otherwise :(

I think I should explain about this wedding. OH asked me ages ago and I never replied as I was waiting for the romance, not gonna happen. I have always wanted to get married in church but can't stand the fuss or get the oodles of money people spend so I always wanted to get people there under false pretences and surprise them. When I saw on the news in August that they were now combining christenings and weddings I thought I would ask in our village church and see, and today I got a yes from the lady Dean to say she would do it.

So all the extended family, including MIL, BIL, my Mum etc, will all turn up, sit in church and think they have come for the christening, but we will just pop into the service a wedding!!! :rotfl:
