    Blimey Feelie, Caitlyn went from 11:10 till 4 without a feed and didn't go for that long!

    hello again...

    Fergus is now eating 1/3rd the amont of milk for his weight and almost no solids. 4 tsp of yoghurt all day. :(

    Any more tips?:confused::D

    He's never gone off his food before, it's so weird, and the night waking feels like it's linked!

    Weezl x

    Weezl, have you had any days since this began where you haven't offered any solids, just milk?

    we've had 2 no-solid days, to see if he'd take more milk, but it didn't seem to up his consumption at all!

    I guess if he was BF I just wouldn't know how much he was taking and just be more chilled. But it does feel like it's linked to the night waking which is doing DH in! :)

    jvic- I'm in cardiff too, and if ever I can be of any help with anything baby related, feel very free to PM me. have you tried any mum and baby activities? :D
    Thanks. I haven't tried any activities yet. TBH I'm only just starting to feel like I'm getting on top of just being able to cope day to day. What sort of things have you tried. I took him swimming with OH today which was good fun, even though I hate putting a swimsuit on.

    ooooh brave with the swimming! We keep saying we must go :):o

    I went to a new parent group run by health visitors for 6 weeks, that was really good, your GP practice might send you a letter about that.

    Also we really like baby rhyme time at cardiff central library. It's free, is every wednesday and thursday morning (they had to split the weds session it was so popular) and a lovely librarian leads singing. I wasn't sure whether fergus would get much out of it, but from 8 weeks I think it's the highlight of his week!

    I've tried a thursday afternoon mum and baby group in canton £1.50 including drink and fruit/biscuits, and another group in Grangetown on a friday morning £1 again with coffee/tea and snacks. I found the grangetown one slightly more friendly although both were nice :)

    I'll happily go along with you to something if you don't like the idea of being a 'newbie' :o;)

    I tried calling her Abigail but I just thought it was too many syllables for such a small thing!
    we have an Abigail but we all call her Abi, she like the fact she has 2 names and we thought as she grows she can decide what she prefers to be called.
