Excellent re work contracts, one less thing to worry about :j.

I do hope you can stop beating yourself up and blaming yourself for things totally out of your control. I know you can manage this on good days, and hope eventually you will know it to be totally true on all days (as all of us on here know it to be the case).

Sleep well Wol and your piggie family, hope the storms are not too bad down your way.

Hope the storms were not too bad, Wol. Good news on work matters - you know you will have an income for several months to come, so that's one less thing to stress about. And more semi-naked totty on the horizon.....you is one lucky lady!

When I move closer to you, I'm going to be liable for those storms as well :( I seem to escape them here on the coast. Ah well - hope everything was all right last night, Wol, not just you and the wheekers but the whole garden too.

Revenge and whatnot - well, yes, revenge just keeps you tied to whatever it is that happened, on whatever scale it happened. Best get free of it for your *own* sake, not theirs. After appropriate expression of anger (which can involve baseball bats on soft objects and some *very* loud noise, lets not get prim and proper here :):A), even if you feel okay again, there are still consequences for the wrongdoers. And there should be compensatory consequences for you - I guess the two of those can add up to retribution.

When my purchase of the flat in France was mishandled by my "international lawyers" in London (supposedly the best in England, the ones who run all the seminars about international purchases) they compensated me by reimbursing me what their mistake had cost me, and an additional amount as compensation - I guess that could be termed retribution too. There was a scale we used to assess it, printed by The Law Society, and I was happy with what I got. So there's the two aspects - reimbursement, and compensation.

    These are your **rights**, remember!

Not recovering from seeing all that continental totty haring round the football pitch on telly last night?

Or maybe you are just taking some "you time", in which case sorry for butting in, come back when you are ready.

    Hi everyone,

I have visited Chez Wol this weekend. I stayed with her on Saturday night. An update of sorts. Wol is doing ok. Surrounded by plaster dust
and the house upside down. But things are coming together. She has had some time to relax this weekend. How could she not when I
practically tied her down. We went out for breakfast and then dinner in the evening. And had a mooch around the village. We have sat out in the sunshine and put the world to rights. And generally had a jolly old chinwag. Piggies are holding up. Only witht he true dedication of Wol doing all their meds regularly at unearthly hrs. That woman deserves a medal.

Sadly, I did not get to see the top totty. Beggar. But I intend to visit again shortly while they are there. The house is coming along nicely.

I hope this time everything turns out good. I have seen the house not long after the flood, down to the bare bricks, and watched the devastation it caused then. How the hell she has gone through it all again I have no idea. I would have been making my own rope a long time ago. She is an amazing lady. Pity she does not know it. And I know she appreciates everyones support on here. You have all kept her going in some way or other.

Numpty, Monkey Garden is looking beautiful. Almost ready for the piggies to play on. And you have done a sterling job with everything down there. A credit to you hun.

I hope to meet as many of you as possible at the rave. Wol is looking forward to it.

Thank you Wol for a lovely weekend.
