Oh forgot to say. The new Oven arrived on friday.

They delivered the wrong one. So it has to go back. Luckily it was noticed before
before the electrician arrives tuesday to put it in. I dont think there has been one item in this
rebuild that has arrived correctly first time round. What is going on the world.

How lovely to hear details from you, smashed! Can't believe the number of things that have gone wrong with the restitution of the house, absolutely appalling .... I'm glad the weekend went so well for you both.

    PIGGIE NEWS
    Wooo hooo :j:j:j:j

Ginger's wound is almost healed and vet says he can come home friday :T:T:T:T .he will need meds/creams for another week or so as there is still quite a bit of wound healing to go..but at least he will be back here :D

Thank goodness as I had a horrible dream about Ginger last night - it was a hurricane/flood type drama dream and in the middle of it I apparently popped into the vets to check on Ginger only to find his ears had dropped off :eek::rotfl:....don;t worry Horace - it WAS just a dream :D

I will be SO glad to have my little boy back home again.....I just hope the gooey chocolate cake bribe I will take in on friday will persuade the nurses to let him go :rotfl::rotfl:...apparently he is rather popular and i am half expecting them to ask if they can keep him

Willow's wound is fine - he is going in to have it checked in friday :D

Beechie boy is clearly not well but I can;t find out what;s wrong :(...so will also take him into vet on friday if he doesn;t perk up

All piggies inside again for a second night - temperature forecast to plummet again from 20 to 3deg C with feel factor -4  (guineas don;t "do" massive temperature fluctuations )

    HOUSE NEWS
New oven arrived today - the right one :T
WallPaperers were expected to start next monday but been delayed for two weeks :(

Manky floorboards finally returned by mill owner - and still not up to scratch....(quelle surprise!) However at least I now have the goods back even if they have my money....at least now they don;t have both . Deciding what to do next in view of the fact I bought a load more from another supplier and they have already spent the required two weeks in my dining room being "conditioned" and are now ready to lay

The most GORGEOUS Top Totty delivered a new printer today :drool::drool:
Luckily my builder was there to restrain me ;)

    WORK NEWS
Client I was working for mon;tues has asked me back tomorrow morning to facilitate their morning session (another very early start _pale_) - but more money this month :T:T

Should hopefuly have secured another private client contract by end of this month :j:j

More updates soon - hugs to all :grouphug::grouphug:- and especially to Aunty Boo :kisses3:who has had a real carp (and quite frightening) day of it today :eek:. Hope you are chilling with a bottle of wine Hun ;)

Numpty - lovely piccie and hope your exams are going OK :kisses3:

Sorry everyone that I am a bit "up and down" and "in and out" atm -
I have to admit it;s all been a bit difficult to cope with recently :(

Anyhow - onwards and upwards - Rave menu now sorted for everyone;s food preferences :j:j..(I hope :rotfl::rotfl:) ....so please RSVP everyone as I need to know the numbers/dietary requirements before I start organising the food procurement ;)

I think Wol is now on the home run :D:beer:

You *do* sound perkier, which is *very* good to hear. Lovely that you're getting Ginger back. Did you like Numpty's flower? :) bootiful :)

Smashed, sounds horrible for you, hope you're okay, and safe.
