Now now Taxi - you have enough to deal with atm without self-disembowelling as well :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Come hell or high water (oops tempting fate a bit with the stream there I think :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) we will make sure you are at the Rave as long as you feel up for it. - Think of it as one of those treats people keep talking about on your thread :D:D

From what i remember happened to my friend in January, I'm pretty sure that, if your op is in about four weeks, then end of July will fit in nicely as they don;t tend do anything else after the sentinel biopsy (be it a second op or radio depending upon findings) until 6 weeks post-first-op (worth checking with your nurse as it may vary from hospital to hospital ;) ). They may decide to give you chemo earlier if necessary (my friend had first op then second op to make clearer margins owing to small boobs and to remove a couple of extra nodes.....following which she was given all clear and told therefore a bit of radio but no chemo required :T.....she had previously made plans to get her hair cut and made into her own wig if she had chemo but in the end it wasn;t necessary) - Also, if they find it is oestrogen receptor positive they may decide to start hormone therapy after first op although my friend declined this - (will find out why she did at the weekend for you).

I don;t think that the odd glass of something will be banned at this stage - (friend had the odd glass or two) - but just in case it is - well forewarned is forearmed and i shall make sure there are suitable non-alcoholic refreshments that all you teetotallers can experiment making delish cocktails with

    You;re doing great Hun :kisses3:

Piggies are looking forward to seeing their Aunty and sending extra special wheeks and snuffly kisses - they have promised they will try very hard not to wee on you

Wol....coming to the Rave is my main focus at the moment....I have my and DD tickets to (you know where) where somebody is picking me up and bringing me to yours.....am hoping that arrrangement is still ok for person concerned...
Coming to yours is my treat of the year...lol...it will be so nice to meet allyou lovely people that are supporting me..which I'm really grateful for.
Am going to treat myself next week to haircut and colour and if I have chemo and lose it so be it.
Had a lovely chat with BCN today and will be having bone scan, liver scan and chest x ray to put my mind at ease(or not) over some pain I'm suffering....also looks like my insurance will be paying out so that will relieve some financial pressure.
I talked to them about being oestrogen receptive when she told me the other day and she went through that with me.
