I missed the posts but am glad that Ginge is on the mend.

I have had a busy couple of days, yesterday was bad as 4N decided to close the breakfast group so I have been hunting for a new venue. Need to have my free business lunch at F&Bs this week too although I need to drag someone along with me because there is no way that I am going to sit and eat on my todd.

Had another busy day today looking at another venue - partly for 4N, partly for me and partly for a client (this is the auction purchase but could lead to more money for me), received a tip off about a wedding place in Merry Hell so I went there and may be writing a Q&A column for them as they have no wedding planner advertising or giving advice in their magazine. I emailed my friend in Gran Canaria about the UK agent thing and told him in no uncertain terms that if it wasnt discussed then I would send him a bill for time wasted...I will be getting a call after gay pride.

Received a quote a little while ago for a re-write of my website, another copywriter said that he would do it and promised that I would get a draft a fortnight ago..I am still waiting:mad: so I have gone with the original person especially as I noticed that he has knocked £99 off his bill but the bill is still nearer to £200 than £100.

I am also getting people to write guest bits for my new blog too..things are on the up. Had a meeting with the nitwit from the chamber yesterday as they decided to grace me with a visit..so I pointed out that their membership was a waste of money, I asked for more sales training and got some uhms and aahs - I am no longer a start up so don't qualify:mad: oh and bearing in mind I don't have any work for me right now they suggested I take on an apprentice because I get a grant from the government...big flippin' deal.

I am now the oldest tenant in the block as I have been here the longest, the lady who lived in flat 4 with her 2 strapping lads moved out on Saturday, so someone new will be moving in there and I noticed that no.8 moved out and there's two young lads up there...gawd knows what they are doing because there is lots of hammering and drilling going on.

Stuff the ironing and let Numpty help you put the sheets on the bed.
