i'm working on OH about the rave, trying to sell it based on a visit to his folks on the way home, but that wouldn't be my top priority. me thinks i have some more 'negotiating' aka nagging to do.

    My sentiments entirely :T:T:T

:eek::mad::mad:....Don;t get me started Z...;)- have to go into London.to see hormone consultant next wednesday :undecided....(mental note to stock up on new bog rolls nad tissues for impending new lurgy :o)

Still at least the hand consultant is in Chelmsford and actually rang me today to arrange an appointment AT MY CONVENIENCE  (Wol is still in shock )

So even though they speedily offered me next tuesday, they were happy to wait until after Easter which suits me better :D....and hopefully will enable me to prise the requested previous X rays and neuro conductance study results out of the NHS....some hope :o...I feel a Raid coming on :rotfl:

What a busy bee you are!

If your house is too messy for the Beeb why not send photos to Channel 4? You might get on How Clean is Your House and get a total makeover!

EDIT - You know, often, when I post on your diary, the thing at the top of the screen is your Douglas Adams quote about potatoes in your sig.... I just love that quote :kisses3:

:rotfl::rotfl:It did seem rather apt - because at that time i had just discovered via the exclusion diet that my only source of [STRIKE]comfort food[/STRIKE] carbs from now on is potatoes...........:rotfl::rotfl:

.....and let's face it gals, when the !!!!! hits the fan - we all need carbs...(oooh and top totty even if only visual :rotfl::rotfl:)

As someone who used to live off pasta and tomato sauce every day for years - I have found that this enforced diet (while still excrutiatingly frustrating) is a really effective way to keep my weight on track as I just can't snack during the day cos everything (and I mean everything - from curry to biscuits and cake) has wheat flour in it (It's the only plus...cos i could still murder for a bacon sarnie or fresh french bread and cheese this minute :o....nom nom)
