A flu that doesn't just come out with it, but nags on and snipes from the sidelines?

LT forgot to say well done on clearing a large proportion of your debt.

London is ok I just can't stand the people, they are rude and never say please or thank you. I dont like their bendy buses and can remember being made to feel particularly unsafe on a bus going back to the flat and I begged the bus driver to let me off the bus because I was pregnant and about to be really sick and he surely didnt want me to puke and make the bus smell:rotfl: Thankfully he let me off and I walked back to the flat a different way thus avoiding the normal route where the skank would have been waiting for me (he was one scarey dude). I have used the pregnancy excuse a few times now:eek: I am not pregnant before anyone asks:D

Quickie update as i am whooshing around between now and the end of the [STRIKE]week[/STRIKE] month : Clients stacking up like Gatwick airport ....and all need to be landed before 31st March  Hopefully weekend will enable me to reply to posts....I especially can;t pass up commenting on Horace's phantom pregnancies :rotfl:.and MIL flu:eek:

    Here is the news:

   .....I've been asked for second interview...and have to do a presentation (surprise surprise!) Clearly my tactics didn;t work :o. Not sure if I'll accept yet

Hatchet job very successful today - actually turned into a guillotine...:D..bye bye Mr Usurper..:rotfl::o...
So I am now ex boss's business guru...terms to be agreed but looks like at least two days per week paid work and one day per week "sweat for shares" :j

Another private client I am seeing on friday for intial meeting has already said they want me to project manage outputs of the meeting so that could be one or two days per month from April :)

Plus the new project proposal I am writing in April which could net me another 5 days per month for the coming financial year.

By my reckoning that's almost full time working :D

TV programme rang back and want to discuss whether I should be featured on their new series on rogue builders (would mean getting house done up properly for free) :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Thanx for the PM;s peeps - will reply at the weekend ...must go do something about Beechies squitty tummy now and thence to bed. Early client meeting and then on to KC for a cup of tea......(and maybe a drive and a short walk in the sunshine KC if you fancy? ;))

Wol, what fantastic news! I can't see why you would want that job in London, when you hate *going* to London so much, given that there's work pouring in your direction ... but your own priorities are your own, with no one entitled to say you yay or nay... it will be lovely to meet up at lunchtime - yep, a quick scoot up to the local viewing point might be indicated :D

How cool is it to be the ex-boss's business guru :D:D:D
