It is indeed. We have 2 girlies, born 24/12/09 as of yet unnamed (DD and DS are picking names). One is red with a white stripe down her nose and the other is a lighter red almost lemony coloured. They are Abyssinian cross so fluffy but not too mad and very cute! The lady re-checked the sex of them in front of us. Will put some pics up when they come out of hiding for more than a millisecond :j:j xxx

Ooh PIngu does that mean they look.....

    Like Beechie boy?

Those blue arriss flies get everywhere Nargle. I have no idea where today has gone, got up watched animal 24/7 whilst eating toasted teacakes made in my new toaster, went to post box got bus to village, went to bank, nipped into Aldi, walked home, did a bit of networking online, had some lunch but can't tell you what else I have done so I figure that I must have fallen asleep or stepped into a timewarp:eek:

I'm glad to hear you too fall asleep during the day Horace - I got back from clients today and fell asleep til 7.30pm . In my defence I was out all yesterday/evening, got back very late (1am ) then had an hours preparation to do for this morning (new private client with future work in the offing if today went well) and then early wake up put on the slap and drive over an hour to reach clients before 9am...
I was pretty nervous about today (shouldn;t have been cos it went very well :D) - so only got 3 hours sleep last night :o

I did the same thing when I got back from seeing KC on wedensday - fell asleep and woke up at 5.30 thinking it was 5.30am thursday morning  Took me about 15 minutes to work out it was wednesday evening and then fell asleep again until 8pm :o

I am SOOooo pleased it friday evening as it;s been a tough week.......although I have a rather long list to do [STRIKE]tomorrow[/STRIKE] this weekend.....
Prepare and distribute Royal British Legion minutes
Fill in private health claim for london specialist and send with covering letter to GP
Finish write up of wednesday client
Prepare bundle including new phtoos for BBC
See hotel manager for July shindig discounts and send out info to you all
Finish write up of client last week
    Write cheques and do finances
Write up today's meeting outputs for client

...on top of the chores which includes changing bed, cleaning piggies, washing and the ever increasing Mount Kilimajironing (stil untouched from about 5 weeks ago :eek:)

Sunday - need to sling a few more things in my case and then Sunday night I am off to the airport - if I go at 11pm then I will be able to have a kip and be awake for check in at 6.15.

Am now feeling sick - is it nerves or excitement?

Hopefully it's excitement about your [STRIKE]holibobs[/STRIKE] business trip Horace.

Will be thinking of you sunday night and hope you don;t get any hassle on the travel arrangements (I don;t think there's any more snow forecast so hopefully the airport will remain open )...or from any weirdos at the airport during the night :eek:....you;re a brave lady Horace as no way would I consider spending the night at Gatwick.....

Have a lovely trip - hope you secure the deal on the business side but that you also get a chance to soak up some sun and have a rest.......all sample that lovely [STRIKE]skank-free[/STRIKE]fresh air ;)

good grief. That looks scary. I thought you weren't going to go to the British Legion thing. And how did that happen anyway? Do you have service links?

...on top of the chores which includes changing bed, cleaning piggies, washing and the ever increasing Mount Kilimajironing (stil untouched from about 5 weeks ago :eek:) I just *love* the way you refer to your ironing pile :rotfl: I think you might have to bring it round here after all, Wol!

Early night tonight and think and get up early tomorrow

Horace, hope you have a great [strike]holibob[/strike] business trip - think of us! Well, no, actually, don't think of us, go and have a blast!

I have slept in Gatwick before now - once I broke into their posh conference room and slept in there (they had left the door open:rotfl:).

All I have done today is go to the bank, get a few bits in Aldi and entertained myself on the 4N forum. I am not normally catty but this woman posted in the can you help section asking for money but at the same time saying that small business owners were !!!! - how not to endear yourself to clients. The silly old bat wouldnt take criticism and took everything as a personal slur against her - I think one of the best paragraphs she came up with was to say that we had ruined her reputation and the name of the charity she was supporting so I am afraid that I had to re-join the conversation and say that she was doing a pretty good job of that herself and pointed out to her that sometimes bad publicity is good publicity if handled correctly but in this case bad publicity is just that...the silly mare got more and more abusive as the thread went on with the result that every one did a Dragon and said I am Out!:rotfl:

Will do more tomorrow - I have to do it tomorrow as I won't have time otherwise.

I will think of everyone here when I am away and will have a toast of fanta limon whilst I am sitting by the pool reading my book (note no booze for me).
