Hope the tablets begin to do something for you soon Taxi. Its hard to keep positive when your juggling so many things at once - one lesson I learned the hard way a couple of years back when I was poorly is that you have to listen to your body and react to what you hear. If it's telling you to rest - you need to rest and you will know when the time to increase things again. It's easier said than done though when there are bills to be paid and things to be done

DT thanks for the mamogram advice (I'm not in any real rush to have one!!) but I'd thought I'd been forgotten, my mum, auntie and cousin have all had breast cancer so it is something that has crossed my mind I'd need to have when called.

yuk - bursting cyst - hope it turned out to be ok.

Haven't had a letter about a mammogram yet but keep expecting one as I'm 51 next week  and thought you started having them 50.

The cyst, for some reason another one appeared, the doc decided not to poke it, but they did a minor op to remove it, I did ask while there in the boob area could I have a nice 36C, but itdidn't work!

They sent it for anaylsis - all clear, never had another one since very weird.

Good luck with the mammogram, I think it does depend on the scanning in the area to how you get called.

Why is it, us women have time of the months, menopause, childbirth, mammograms, and men -there let off easy! xx

I've been back to the Drs today as I'm feeling really bad on the medication. He has taken me off them and given me some beta blockers but I'm not sure I want to take them either!!!
He wants me to seriously consider HRT but am really scared of taking that.I think maybe the best thing is to suffer the symptoms..I really don't know!!!!
I have reactions to most medicines anyway..why is everything so hard?

NO I haven't had those before so haven't had any side effects before.
I guess it may be worth giving them a try.
I can't carry on with the anti ds as I'm not safe to drive the car and didn't know what day it was and was becoming very nervous and paranoid!!

You've given the anti di's a try and you have to put yourself 1st, sometimes its trial and error to find the right combination of medication.
You've gone through stress, with the car etc, that doesn't mean your depressed, it means your peeded off with the way you have been treated.
If your not happy is there another doc you can see in the pratice, you can't keep making yourself ill.
Have you heard any more news re exercise program?

Hi Taxi, just had a catch up with your diary. Sorry to hear about the troubles you have had with your car, hope Vauxhall get their finger out and deal with your complaint. We have a big Vauxhall factory round here and a few of the drivers work there as well - none of them have Vauxhalls as their taxis even though they get a big discount which doesn't say much!

Hope you are feeling better. OH is having loads of blood tests at the minute. He is waking up after his sleep and within 2-3 hours is ready to fall back asleep again - he has zero energy at the moment and is convinced that in the past it was nicotine that kept him awake as it has all come on since he stopped smoking.

    Take care of yourself x x x
