Just chilling out today thanks.

DH took the car to the paint shop this morning so another job towards the pits test done.

He's just took Tess to the beach ..so that will wear her out.

Am tired again but am debating whether to go out or not..DH has suggested going for brunch...but not sure whether I have the energy to walk there but need to get out of here.

I'm thinking of attempting to drive tomorrow so that I can get out and about.

Also, could you not be driven to lunch to save you from walking?

Taxi, if you both want to get out, but you don't have any energy, you can stay in the car while DH goes somewhere nice like M&S food, and then drive to a scenic spot with the takeaway - you can sit in the car and eat. I hope thats evolved naturally without me putting my spoke in

We had no car as it was having a paint job done on it....lol

The pits test...is where the council examine everything on your car and licence it as safe to be on the road..like a very big mot.

In the end we decided to go for brunch and we walked..very slowly there and back.I had to have a sleep when I got back...but it was lovely to get out.

OMG Taxi I have been absent for a few days so didn't see the news about DD1 then frantically scanning through to see the results so glad everything was OK so brave to keep it to herself.

Insurance paying out too yipeeeeeeeeeee and no its not cheating you had the sense to take it out and you certainly deserve to benefit from it with all you have gone through.

Thinking about driving already :eek: a bit soon me thinks I would wait until you have had your checkup and ask the doc.

Glad you managed to get out for your brunch.

Wishful thinking probably as it's probably 6 weeks before I'm meant to drive..

My shopping is ordered to be delivered tomorrow evening...DD will be in to put that away...so that will help.
