Aw, Taxi, you can still look forward to it, and raise a glass together - even if the glass contains fruit smoothie!

With a nice dollop of double cream in it :p

OCADO are idiots !!!!! and as for their excellent customer care I will reserve judgement on that for now....

I understand the shops run out of stuff...that's acceptable..

If a customer orders 97% of their shopping from organic ranges...would you substitute the organic stuff that's out of stock with non organic stuff and think that's acceptable?
I ordered organic seeded bloomer...they sent warbutons seeded bloomer
I ordered organic petits pois...they sent waitrose petits pois

I'm not accepting them when they come at 6.30pm...I phoned CS to launch a complaint and they said they'd take them back at the door and refund.....
They completely missed MY point...if I order organic I want organic...if they haven't got any organic ...don't send me anything in it'splace unless it'sorganic.
How many people that eat organic only would want a non organic substitute?
I like their food and their ethics but why can't they use their brains?
I'm hoping someone can see sense over this as I'm very unsure of ordering from them again...
Because the man didn't seem to get the point I've fired an e-mail off to them and someone will be in touch within 72 hours...

Sorry for the rant but is it so hard for people to use commonsense nowadays?

    Am knackered as
Filled in the ESA medical form
Filled in the vreplacement driving licence form

walked to corner shop and back to post them....that finished me off...lol

Phoned the accountant to see where they are up to with accounts so that I can fill in the tax credit renewals form (i don't even claim it) so I'm on the urgent list to be done...mmmm

    Did one load of washing/drying

    Watered the plants

Am knackered now though and shopping is due at 6.30pm-7.30pm

Oh Taxi, what a shame, the first experience was so good! I can't remember the Ocado website, its been a while since I used them, but Tesco have a box where you can make notes about what substitutes you'll accept ... hopefully Ocado do too by now. Sorry you've been put to all this stress tho, if they have a box like that, they should say. But you certainly can just turn away anything you want at the door, with any supermarket at all - don't be hurried by the bloke wanting to get away (Tesco's are certainly like that) - go through it piece by piece, don't pay for anything you don't want.

    Lots of hugs.
