Not got much planned for today...

May try and walk to the bank later to put the takings in.
Plants to water.
Got appointment with DR this afternoon...just need some more pain killers and to see about stop smoking again!!!!.....as stupidly after 10 weeks of giving up the day I got diagnosed I started again...I now feel ready to give up again but just want to check that I can still use patches or something and that chemo/radiotherapy won't affect that ....at least if I give up now then I'll feel better after all these treatments...and be richer and healthier.

I'm thinking I'll bring the accounts up to date as Haven't done them for a couple of weeks.

See the consultant tomorrow for post op check up....hopefully the nurse will be able to do this seroma as it's quite sore and really achy

AFALE - another f*** awful learning experience!! My lovely cousin shared this one with me as both of us have had a very steep learning curve this year, as are you. Made us chuccle!
Happy anniversary to you both. Hope you will be able to have a proper celebration when things have settled down a bit. Good that youre giving up the fags - all that yummy organic food being spoiled by nasty fags...I know its hard but really hope that this will click for you now and you can kick it for good. I think when I gave up initially I liked the smell but now cant stand it and know that I wont smoke again. Lozenges worked for me as I could have them when I had a nicotine craving...
Hope that you manage to have a nice day today despite circumstances. Big hugs for you and fingers crossed re the docs appt.

Thanks you two..it was the stress of dealing with the diagnosis that lead me to start again..I was thinking(stupidly) if I'm going to die anyway I might as well carry on smoking.Glad to say I feel alot better about stuff now.

Good to hear it Taxi, freind of mine is in the 'final' stages, iykwim, and he still smokes.....but there again its his lungs that are b*ggered so it truly makes no difference. You, however, are not in that situation so all the more reason to take good care of yourself. X
