    Given what you have been thru - a sleep in the afternoon - is probably a great tonic.

    That same surgery took me a good eight weeks to get over - the anesthetic is worse than the invasion I think

    Oh hun it was 15 years ago when they removed growths and then tested them - I had 9 removed and they were all benign! I was a lucky girl!

    Morning everyone...hope you are all ok.

    Macgirl...glad yours were benign...but 9 wow that's a lot...

    Have been up ages and am wide awake which feels good...probably won't last long but feels good all the same.

    Did the banking at 6am ...DHS pension was in so have transferred it into his other account ready for his Barclaycard payment in a couple of days.
    DH has just gone to work and DD2 came home at 6am ...lol..so plenty of toing and froing this morning.

    Have put a wash load in and even made a brew for DH when he got up...
    Will be going out to water the plants in a minute.
    The weather is quite a bit cooler today...thankfully....

    Just another day of tottering around the house today and maybe a walk to the corner shop.
    am thinking of going for a meal when I get the payout to celebrate it.

    Forgot to say on the money front that DH took £200 more than we needed for the end of the month beginning of the month bills...bless him..so that meant we had money for shopping.

    It's our 10th Wedding anniversary tomorrow....though we've been together for 17 years...we've nothing planned but

    We can't have a day off yet until the money comes through as the bills are pretty much ongoing until the insurance comes through.
    I can't be complacent yet..lol...but will think of something nice to do when it does.
