Oh cool, well i have to go to the docs tomorrow to get them to rebook my blood tests, so i'll have about the gaviscon then :D

I was going to buy boots brand but i thought i'd go with brand name cause it said it was safe to use during pregnancy on the bottle lol.

Will they take flavour requests? As i cant stand aniseed, it makes me sick. I want peppermint lol.

In my maternity notes it says something about not allowing children into the scans or something similar. I cant remember, but you could give them a call to find out?

    xx

Lol this was my problem too and they gave me a prescription for aniseed, so i asked them to change it and they did :D
  • Aniseed is wrong.

In some quite posh public toilets in Gunwarf Quays (near my house) they give out free mints or aniseed.

I take advantage of the free mints lol. I even rinse my mouth out with the free dental mouth wash and clean my shoes on the shoe buffer.

Not usual behaviour but when your in a nice loo you cant help it lol x

Does anyone know with the NCT sales if you should go with a pile of cash or if they take other forms of payment?

Had a lovely B'day today, lots of flowers, chocolate and a chest of draws - better than it sounds :rotfl: Aqua natal was great as well but very tiring.

Nikkit, so sorry to hear about your horrible experience, hope everything starts getting much better for you now.

Belated happy birthday Jenny! Glad you had a nice day and hope you weren't too scared by your psychic aquanatal teacher!

GISI - just popped back on to wish you good luck on your last day tomorrow as I know you will be up before me in the morning! Take it easy and just get through it then you can relax into your maternity leave. It's great!!
  • Thanks Fitz! I'm actually quite nervous about it- guess it makes it all more real! I actually have two week's holiday, booked before I was pregnant- It's just really fortuitous timing that I can just roll that into ML. Got some chocs to take in for my rabble, so they'll be happy enough!

Jenny- at your teacher. Hope you had a fabby birthday.

Off out for a few celebratory drinks tonight but will try and report back in before that.

Redstararnie- at my hospital they say no small children in the scanning room so you'd need someone to wait outside with little'un.
