Harley hasn't been on today has she? Was she on yesterday? I can't remember now. Hope everything is well with her too. Better go and do some housework now. Chat later. x
Hey hun, thanks for thinking of me. I'm still here, just had a busy day. Mum and Dad came up again to do more stuff for me. Went out to meet them at a local craft exhibition and to get some wool for a baby matinee jacket and some stuff for making thank you and announcement cards. They came back to the house and dad cut the grass and checked the washing machine filter for the missing baby sock while mum did the rest of my ironing and hoovered downstairs for me. All the while I sat on my bum feeling guilty.
At least this will hopefully be the last time. Once bump has gone I should be able to move a lot better but at the moment I can't bend down, my hips hurt if I stand up or walk around for too long and everything is so much harder than it used to be. Was a lovely day though and am looking forward to presenting them with a lovely granddaughter very soon.princesswoo wrote: »My little princess is fianlly here. She arrived on thursday at 14.21 by c-section weighing 7lb 4.5oz and she is called Lily. we came home 22 hours later as i couldnt rest in hospital. Were both doing great and were all so in love with her.
I'll pop back on later and have a proper catch up when i have a bit more time.
Princess, Lily is beautiful. Congratulations and hope you are getting much better rest now you are home. Look forward to hearing about her arrival very soon.
I have a mad craving for fish and chips. Not sure if it is just because it would be easy to get in the car and go and get some or if it really is fish that I want.
How is everyone today?

Twinks hobnobs are great - a real favourite in our house. For those who want to make them healthier (though they aren't too bad as is) they are great with some dried fruit added to. We tend to use dried cranberries and they are lovely. Some of the girls over on OS coat them with melted chocolate when they are cooled, which would probably also be nice but I haven't tried this myself. When I've served them up to guests though, the whole plate has always gone quickly! And oats are supposed to be very good for milk production, so even good on post pregnancy diet :rolleyes:0 -
