Harley i would look and see if Sky have any good deals specifically for new customers, and ask for one of them, if not then cancel and know that you will have no problems rejoining in a slightly different name if it all goes wrong ;)

I just cant be without my sky I NEED LOST and Sky one :)

We got Sky channels back on Virgin now ;)

I used to hate the thought of Virgin, i was so used to Sky and it's setup i never thought i could be converted to Virgin but i do prefer Virgin now, and have a V+ box with the HD channels too

If your going to do that i'd watch out. The order will go through but once it reaches sky's back office they will look for similarities between the two accounts. The old one and the new one.

So dont use the same password, same name (at all) same phone number or the same email address.
Also dont use the same debit/credit card.

    Its annoying eh?

Ah EA they must have got stricter on it then cos all the Sky people who'd come knocking at the doors would say to change the spelling of your name, or variation of it to join back up if you'd been cut off for not paying lol.

Never to me tho cos i was good with Sky but to people i know! :rotfl:

Boy you lot have been busy these past few days, apologies straight off if I miss any significant posts.

Congrats to Xmas on the new arrival xx

Welcome to the newbies, apologies for lack of names my memory is rubbish!

Hoping we can upgrade to Sky HD next month but need to look into cost, if its gonna be heaps more will have to go without. Already had an email from Landlord saying rent is going up in January! On the bright side though they are redocorating the house top to bottom including new carpets ( but am dreading the up heavel!)

Finally got my first physio appt tommorow, not sure what to expect as its a group session but fingers crossed.

Wow Kindof 26 weeks at full pay am so jelous, but should be grateful at least I get 10wks at full pay.

EA my bump has also expanded the last week or two! Will try get a pic some time. Oh and my back has the curvy thing too but dont think my bum has grown any.

Still getting awful headaches, really truely believe they are migraines tho as am so light sensative. This daft weather isnt helping tho!

Tut tut shame on you that's not very MSE :p

I pay £47 pm to Virgin for family pack (it's all channels except sport/movies/disney), phone rental with free evening calls, and 10meg broadband.

I paid £100 upfront for the V+ installation though, but i prefer that than to pay extra per month for Sky HD
  • Hi again, well I have been busy putting our cot up, yey!! It looks so nice. Its the Willow one from Mamas & Papas and is meant for smaller rooms. Well our nursery is literally tiny, its the 3rd bedroom in our newish 3 bed semi so you can imagine. Good job we went for the 'small' cot as it still looks rather large in there, lol!! Not sure I am gonna have room for much else other than wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was gonna put a changing mat on the chest of drawers but now considering a cot top changer (not sure if its necessary or practicle though??) and deffo considering an under cot storage box even if its just to shove nappies etc. In fact I will go off and have a look for one now :)

I made macaroni cheese with ham in for dinner, kinda followed the economy gastronomy receipe, it was very nice :) Trying to get a bit more into home cooking before baby arrives and to save some money too!! Used up some cheese that was soon gonna go off so very mse!! :)

    xx
