i am 15 + 2 and bought a angelsounds from ebay for £10 and bought some ky jelly this morning , and have just been and lay down and found it first time very strong and about 150 bpm, i recommend the angelsounds one , buy off ebay will save you about £10 - £20 and you usually only use till you feel movements then can sell on again and make your money back.

thanks, does the angelsounds one tell you the BMP then or did you have to count it, sorry im useless at these things its just I didn't see a LCD screen on the doppler for it to show you the BMP ?

:j am finally getting somewhere! Have even found curtains to put up in front bedroom and a spare set - am being very MSE and have just used one spare curtain to go over the front door to keep the draughts out in the winter (yes I know it's only 1st Sept but I've been reading the preparing for winter thread on the OS board!!

Cup of RLT now, a cherry bakewell and then shower and wash my hair ready to get it cut.

Gonna make a huge curry for tea then and freeze all the leftovers!

dont go off hb for sex of baby

when i was monitored over a 20 min to 1hr period. the hb would go from 120 upto 170 depending on the amount of activity from baby. if i was trying to figure if its a boy or girl i;d be totally confused.

so if you monitor hb when baby is asleep it will be a lot lower then when they are awake and moving around.

also monitor your pulse so you know which is baby and which is you

Doppler gel, you can use the gel baby oil, but personally I used durex play as I had to hand :D

Dentist, so long as your not high risk your fine to have treatment. They wouldn't treat me as I had high BP.

Nursing bras, the ones I got off ebay way back at 28-30weeks fit me fine. One thing though, do not wear one if you discover that it is too tight when your breasts swell up, even if it's only a little tight, I think that combined to limiting the use of the electric pump in hospital (stupid new rules) triggered my mastitis.

Hello Ladies and bumps, long time lurker and very occasional poster here!! I am 28 weeks now and can't believe how quickly it has gone. Still a while to go and starting to get very uncomfortable now. I am sick of people saying 'oh there's worse to come'. Like I don't know that!!
Bought my new pushchair at the weekend, it was a special bank holiday offer and i got extra off for taking the one from the window, (it had been there a week):money: (i was given one off freecycle, so not strictly MSE as i could have used that and spent nothing, but I hated it!) Got loads more clothes from the car boot, and finally sorted it all out into ages, WOW i have alot!!

Vibes of all kinds to those in need, i hope to post more.

Glam: i have a Breast reduction Question, i will PM you...
