Ooh this is bad! Now I'm looking at maternity clothes on asos and somehow about 5 items have ended up in my basket!!

I'm trying to justify myself by thinking that I am actually growing out of all my regualr clothes now, and seeing as they will only last until just after this pregnancy, I may as well buy them sooner and get more wear out of them....

Plus, I could do with a couple of nice bits (that fit me) for my honeymoon

Tis the only problem with online stuff - however most shops now don't stock maternity wear now (I have tried) but they will tell you that you can order it online with them, then I say "but you can't try it on and that is the whole point!!!!"

Is more MSE to get multiple items and only pay one P&P charge.......surely?

That annoys me too Lizzie if there is any time in a womans life she truely needs to try everything on its when she is pregnant our bodies change so much we cant just go by our previous size.

My tops are starting to do my nut in they just are not long enough to cover the bump and i hate having the maternity band on my trousers showing. I've only got two weeks left though so cant warrent buying more now. Oh well just have to go out looking like a bag lady tough lol :-) x

Even when they do have maternity wear, eg H&M, when I tried on some jeans, over-the-bump style at about 24 weeks, I trotted into the fitting room with one size above normal, a 10, and went to put them on - couldn't get the flipping things much past my knees! Ended up getting a size 14 and they fitted perfectly. I am still wearing the same sizes as pre-preg in other maternity clothes as well as my normal clothes.

And don't even get me started on longer length trousers/jeans for maternity, clearly tall ladies don't get pregnant, or they are tall ladies who don't mind wearing half-masties! This time it was a good thing that the H&M sizes were barmy as I found a pair of "normal" length jeans but they were actually muchos longer than all the others, however still a size 14, but I don't care as long as they fit me :p I am not hideously tall, but 5'10.5" and was a nightmare!

This would have all taken sooo long if I had to order them online and keep returning them!
