    Not to alarm you but I know for a fact the November quota has been filled so unless you already have confirmation your funds are being released then I would imagine you'll be early December too, I'd get in there quick though they run out of money pretty bloody quick!!

    You'd think so wouldn't you, that's what I thought, unfortunatley not. Who is your packager? Also who said you could complete 20th November?

    They didn't with us, we had our mortage offer months ago and we were ready earlier this month but they said we would have to wait untill December as they have no more money left for November, they have a cerain amount each month that gets used up really quickely, I'd get your solicitor to ring them monday to ensure release of funds early Dec if that is the case. Maybe it's different for you, what packager are you with? We're with Pavillion. BTW prepare your self for a million and one things B Legal will ask for, after my solicitor gave them the paperwork they came back with 15 requests!!! And them some more and then my valuation had expired as it was over 2 months old so they had to do a new one. Has your sol you had any contact with B Legal yet?

    it seems you have done things differently hen us if your sol has already done everything for B Legal, maybe my sol was rubbish!!! I'll be interested how you get on monday, let us know :) good luck
