  • We felt like it was delaying tatics for Novembers funding as they kept coming back with sooo many questions one by one and low and behold we were to complete in December!! Be careful they don't try and move you to January, you have to be soo persistant. I was on the phone and email to everybody, even phoned Beacon direct. Has your solicitor applied for release of funds?

  • I really feel for you hun, although we have a date of release of funds , I'm still expecting it all to go wrong. Get your broker to contact the packager to see when you are likely to beable to complete. It's better to know if it's going to be late.

  • Ok hun, we're (hopefully) moving 1 week Tues so if I have good news to tell you then it may make your case seem more positive. Postive mental attitude and all that! :)

Not to alarm you but I know for a fact the November quota has been filled so unless you already have confirmation your funds are being released then I would imagine you'll be early December too, I'd get in there quick though they run out of money pretty bloody quick!!

i disagree each packager has there own allocation of funds so for you to know for a fact that all 14 packagers have spent their funds is wild speculaton

what your really saying is that your particular packager has used their allocation up.
  • just to follow up on this i was with pavillion and they had about 5 million worth of funding each month and we was told back in july that we would take 5 months to complete as they had enuff pipline for then

good luck everyone with the mortgage ... looks like the end of mortgages in uk for people with even slight blemishes on their credit file unless you can get 30% deposit

Yep, I'm afraid so, for now, apart from those with super high rates.

Lending will return at some point in the next couple of years, afterall the profit spreads have never been higher.
