oh blimey bet you are nervous. I wont know untill the actual day we are supposed to be moving whether they will release the funds or not, they have said they will (on the 1st) but only briefly in an email, I shall be checking a week before to make sure it's all still good to go. Gonna Be a loooong 2 weeks!! I shall keep checking this forum to see your progress0

I think we'll be fine eventually, my only concern is that if the funds for our property are not released on the 1st December, the seller is definately pulling out so if they muck us about we've lost the property and potentially the opportunity to buy at all so for the 1st it's literally all or nothing. You should be fine though if you can wait.0
