I was invited on this panel and filled the surveys online after logging in. Then never heard back from them. Anyone else have the same experience before?

Yes, I've noticed this too. Ran out of return envelopes this past weekend. They've been pretty sloppy with not sending the regular pack.

I always get a return envelope with my item of mail, I have never received a pack.
Not had many letters this month though

I have found a letter that I received and mislaid it is not on the list anymore I think it could be from February I only wrote Tuesday on and not the date. SHould I post letter and transponder back or just transponder?

I would contact them to ask first but I would imagine they will just want the transformer returning to them

Had an e-mail from them today:

We are happy to inform you that from now on you have the opportunity to use our Quotas app to confirm receipts easily with your Android or IOS smartphone.

As of test letter numbers starting with RM-16-25-… all our letter documents display a QR code. By granting the Quotas app access to your smartphone camera you may now scan this code and will be directly routed to the corresponding test item.

Simply confirm the information requested and enjoy even more of your day!

Of course, entering data via our website is still an option.

If you have any questions or queries, do let us know.

Please note the app is currently only available for the Downstream Access (DSA) measurement. The implementation for other measurements in the UK will follow soon.

Sounds interesting. Mind you I looked in the iOS App Store and I can't see a Quotas App so it may be a little premature.

As good as the app sounds, I'll prob be sticking to entering it all online in one go before the end of the month lol

I couldn't find it the Apple app store but did when I googled it, search "Quotas GMBH App" and you should find links to ios and android there.

It works well and is definitely quicker than the website.
