For those who have had the termination email, I got one last March then they asked me back again in July and started receiving letters again in the August. HTH

This one runs until they tell you that you are no longer required - and so much better than the TNS one!

Does anyone know how you apply for the 'sent' surveys please?

I've been doing the 'received' ones for a few months now and know they also do surveys where we have to send things out but when I follow the link I have it just takes me to the general registration page where I applied for the surveys I'm already doing! I don't want to try reapplying via that page in case I get taken off the surveys.

I think you're just meant to wait until they ask you. I started the receiving task in late 2014 and got an email in March 2015 asking if I wanted to join the sending task.

Are you with them as a business or a private individual? I ask because all the mail I receive is clearly from a business sender and I wondered what sort of mail you send.

I am a private panellist and do both - receive and send.
