Yes I do - although never received any queries to date. I just mark the date & time received together with the 3 month date on the envelope & keep them in a plastic folder in a ring binder and bin the out of date ones each Monday. I certainly wouldn't be able to answer any query even a couple of days after receiving them.0 -
I also keep them in a plastic folder and sort them out every Monday.
Never had any queries either.0 -
I always keep them until the throw out date, the one time i don't will probably be the time they query something!
I had enough points for £7.50 this month, my highest month yet (only been on for 4 months) 0 -
£8 this month and last month so things are improving.
But I'm worried that my received items list is completely empty.0 -
Only £6 for me this month. I often wonder if the returned envelopes (with the transponders) go missing in the post but it is difficult to check the points awarded as I seem to receive more mail at the month end than during the month so don't know which month I would receive the points for those envelopes.
My list is also empty - could be as Christmas is coming up there will be a drop off as it wouldn't give really good data with the increased postings done at this time.
It is still a better survey to do than the RM one.0 -
Only £4 for me, lowest ever I think.. but I haven't had as many so makes sense. My received items isn't empty yet.Anchor yourself to the foundations of everything you love.
Thank you to all those who post competitions!:beer:0 -
£8 for me - but I've been getting more items lately. If I remember correctly I think this survey slows down towards and over the Christmas period so likely less items this month

Sorry if this is a daft question, but does this class as income? As in it would have to be declared/effect tax credits? Thanks0

Have a look at the Boost Your Income board - that debate has been done to death there.0 -
I have just received an email out of the blue asking me to redeem my points ( I was 'released' a couple of years ago) which I had thought that I had lost. Since I was on the panel, I have since moved house and also left the company I was working for (and doing the survey from).
I would like to redeem my points for Amazon vouchers but are they sent electronically or do they send a gift card? Just wondering if I should email them to tell them my change of address.Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100
