Since I was on the panel, I have since moved house and also left the company I was working for (and doing the survey from).
I would like to redeem my points for Amazon vouchers but are they sent electronically or do they send a gift card? Just wondering if I should email them to tell them my change of address.
It's electronic.
And also, if you don't have enough points to make a round pound then tell them and they should make the points up to a pound for you.0 -
I am a receiver and sender, but got an email a couple of days ago to say that they are scrapping the sending part of my survey. Anyone else received a similar email?0

Received the same email.
Today we have to inform you that, due to a restructuring process of the project UPU GMS, your task as a sender will come to an end. Nevertheless, your receiver task will continue as usual.
We would kindly ask you to please send and confirm all test letters that might still arrive within the next weeks. You will of course receive your bonus as usual for your sender task for as long as you enter dates on our website.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.0 -

Only £7 for me this month - definitely gone down since I started but still easy money.0

I've been laid off from the panel - it sounds like they are moving to a similar system to the TNS Royal Mail survey as they said they would contact me again in six months if they had a vacancy again. Ah well, it was nice whilst it lasted - much easier than the TNS mail survey.2020 Wins:

Commiserations. Remember to ask for more points to top you up if you need it so you can cash out all your points.
Only £6 for me this month.
Notebooks seem to be thin on the ground - I haven't had any for ages. Has anyone had any recently?0 -

I've just finished my first month of doing this survey and I've had two squared exercise books and a plain one.
It all seems more straightforward and easier and better organised than the TNS one!0 -
£8 for me this month. I have had a couple of the squared notebooks but seem to have card inserts more nowadays.
I suppose we will all have to wait & see if we are put on a rotation as well.0 -
I have never had any notebooks in two 2 years I have been doing it.0
