    I have just received a test letter but there is no envelope to return the transponder in,anyone know what i should do to return the transponder?

    You can return it when you get another transponder. 2 will fit in one envelope.

    Just had an e-mail from them saying that the bar code information is no longer required.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I have received 3 letters today and on the website each one shows the transponder number as the last four digits being 0000. None of them were and I have entered the correct numbers but was wondering if anyone else has found this and there is a fault on their site?

    same here i have had this with my last 3 items i have had from them.
